I highly recommend Tom. He cut out a rocky hillside into a large pad for a double garage for us. He was able to start the job quickly to take advantage of a good weather window, and was great about setting clear expectations about the unknowns of excavating in rocky terrain. We planned to distribute the spoil on site and he did excellent work making useful flat areas and smoothing out the driveway, really appreciate the quality of his work. Lastly, he’s a real good guy, very responsive and great to work with.
