Tom is Great to work with!
We've had Tom do two separate driveway projects for us. Both times the work is outstanding, on-time, and under budget. He was able to alleviate our runoff/drainage issues. We've already got him planned for the next phase of our lower driveway to be asphalted. We cannot recommend Tom Perry Construction enough. I highly recommend Tom. He cut out a rocky hillside into a large pad for a double garage for us. He was able to start the job quickly to take advantage of a good weather window, and was great about setting clear expectations about the unknowns of excavating in rocky terrain. We planned to distribute the spoil on site and he did excellent work making useful flat areas and smoothing out the driveway, really appreciate the quality of his work. Lastly, he’s a real good guy, very responsive and great to work with.
