great costumer service i took my cadillac for some issues, warranty covers all problems and they fixed it in the same day.
Good morning, I had the best experience , Freddy is the gentlemen that called me everyday to let me know what was going on with my SUV. He was curious ,polite and straight to the point. Tom Peacock arranged for my car to be picked up while leaving a loaner for me at my place of business. My engine light had come on twice in a 2 week period so they checked out the XT4 from bumper to bumper. Good news is nothing serious the computer needed to be recalibrated. 10/10 Service experience! I recently took my vehicle in for its first maintenance visit and the Advisor, Randall, and team truly took the best care of me. This is my third Cadillac, but first time at Tom Peacock, having been servicing my vehicles elsewhere, I think I found my new permanent service center. Thank you, Randall for making this first service experience easy and comfortable.
Car service is not accommodating to the customer. 3-4 hours and no loaners available. I drive an hour to get service (I bought my car here) and they still don't care that I sit for 3-4 hours. I understand that cars have more technology and require time, so provide more accomodations for your customers. Cookies and coffee are nice, but the time spent waiting is time wasted.
I have taken both of my cars to Tom Peacock Cadillac Service center for a couple years now - they are speedy, have great communication, and perform quality services... Out of the couple Cadillac service centers I have used in this area - I would recommend this one over the other just from personal experience.
