Closing the loan and the beginning process went great. I actually went back to Sherri Sampson after buying my first home with her. Everything was great last time, but they sold my loan to Penny Mac. It was easy and smooth process. This time they kept my loan with Stockton Mortgage Corp. It has been a nightmare since the start. The lack of communication has been horrible and upsetting. Horrible service, the agent did not tell the seller that several things needed to be fixed after the first inspection, instead waited until the day before we were ready to sign the closing ppw that it needed to be fixed, so we will have to wait at least another week to close because the agent "forgot" to tell anyone. I would never recommend this joke of a company to anyone, incompetence seems abundant in this business.
