I took my bmw there after I was hit in the rear passenger. It took 3 months for them to fix it. When I get it back car is smoking and it never happened before. I take it back I was told it's the chemicals burning off new exhaust they installed. My son drove it to work and the car told him his oil was running rich and needed oil. We took it back and now they're saying $8500 because my turbo needs to be replaced. Only 30,000 miles on car and just had an oil change a little before the accident. Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop during the whole process; even received a video of parts being painted. Finished repairs looked like a brand new car! Highly recommend.
I hit a deer with my truck and took it to Tom Masano Collision Center. They did a great job. Enterprise met me there with my rental, and the truck came back looking like new when it was done. They even did a nice job cleaning the interior of the truck. Nice surprise!!!
