I just want to take a moment to thank everyone at this location for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. Everything exceeded my expectations, which is difficult to do as I am very particular about my cars. The staff I interacted with was personable and knowledgeable. My car came back in excellent condition, far beyond what I was hoping for. My car had even been detailed, which was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise.
My experience at Tom Masano Collision Center was excellent. The Advisor took the time to fully understand the issue with my vehicle (a rock from a passing construction vehicle dented/scratched my hood) and provide a timely estimate. From that point it was simply a matter of scheduling the work and letting my insurance company know my choice for a repair shop. The car was fixed in a few days and looks as good as new! Highly recommend Tom Masano Collision Center.
I took my car here to get some body work done, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
