Had a bad experience with the service center today. I'll find another dealership to work with instead of this place.
Their price for my new Goodyear truck tires was way lower than Walmart, BJ's and Mavis! Not only way cheaper, but included a free alignment. They price matched and still included a rebate, saving my family a lot of money. Price was so low, I brought the Nissan in for new Continental tires as well and once again, they saved us a ton of money, a rebate and free alignment. Amazing service, professionalism, and pricing! A+! I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. I came to Masano from another Ford dealership for a second opinion. I explained the issues I was having and they told me that it was my battery. Exactly as I thought and the other dealership (who installed the year old battery) denied was the problem (even though there was acid on the top of it - they claimed it was condensation).
