In my opinion, Tom, is not worth your time or money, for carpenters and customers alike. Has frequent tendencies of being unorganized, irresponsible, unprofessional, incompetent, untrustworthy, and manipulative. He’s cheap at full price, gouges customers, lacks accountability, rarely pays on time or in full, not detail oriented, notices and acknowledges issues/problems far too late into processes, and lacks problem solving. Based on my experience, I highly suggest hiring and/or working with any other contractor.
Tom drove by the second time we stood in the yard that once held our home. It was taken Sept. 8th. in the Almeda wildfire. He told us sorry for the loss and that his Dad had built the original home. He offered to help if we wanted. He took us right thru everything, including the hassles of insurance and our mortgage company. Tommy built a front porch, and patio involving roofing, concrete, construction, solar tubes and gutters Along with staining and ramps. it was all done by professionals and my wife and I are very happy and love showing it. I’ve had a convenience store built and houses built in my lifetime and he is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with. The patio is 21’ x 20’ . The porch can be seen from the road at 46 Orr Dr, Central Point.
