Absolutely an incredible company. Our generator wasn't working. We were in the middle of a blizzard and we called Tom Machine hoping to get some help. These guys were amazing. They came out in the middle of the storm, picked up our generator, fixed it perfectly, returned it to our home during the blizzard and the cost was more than fair. We actually gave them additional money for their efforts. In this world it is truly unusual for any company to do a good job, these guys did an incredible one.
