Dropped a vehicle off our policy without informing us and when I called the 800 number since I’m only off on the weekends they told me that my agent had taken it off and they couldn’t add it back on.. been paying insurance on that vehicle for over a year now on time.. also had an incident in the past where I had thought I was paying for rental coverage and when I needed it, they told me it wasn’t on there.
