This is a review of Tom Maack, not the team who works for him. I have been very pleased with John Waddell who is always ready to find me the best coverage as situations change. I stopped into the office to pick up a printout of my insurance card and Tom started off by saying "How did you get that name, you look Asian to me." Not exactly how I would greet a client based on my 30+ years experience as a real estate agent. He then said he likes to ask about his clients background.
