Tom Loughlin is the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. You sold me hey policy at a home, and then 2 years later came back. And said, I couldn't have that policy, because it was already insured. I requested a refund, and he has fought me tooth and nail to avoid giving me a refund. He originally sold me a policy on a house he already had insured with someone else. When he canceled it, he told me he could not insure one house to 2 different people.
