I've had to call several times within the past few weeks because no one can manage to send a simple document to me.Talked to agency manager Tommy Driffill.He was rude and obnoxious. Instead of helping us, he hang up the phone .Terrible and unprofessional customer service.Furthermore each call has taken almost 2 hours and I have wasted countless time off from work talking on the phone just to realize afterwards that customer service screwed up again. Do not use this agency, a specially avoid dealing with Mr.Driffill!
