We have used Tom for several years to open and close our pool. His work has always been good, but scheduling has consistently been a challenge, with us often waiting weeks for him to show up. Last year, we had a slow leak and ordered a new pool liner. After waiting over a month with no installation, we canceled the order and decided to keep adding water for the season.
