The staff here have an "I don't care attitude", rude and dismissive. Couldn't give me answers about the availability of medication - took down my details, and said someone would call me. Never called or contacted me back. When I followed up, got rude/dismissive attitude & unprofessional responses. When I came to collect the medication, didn't bother to ask if I had used it before, or tell me the directions??? This is people's health, lives, medication you're dealing with!
