Can never get through on the telephone. No one answers for appointments or questions regarding refills.
Nice friendly staff. Dr Kettler is very personable and takes the time to talk to you. Never acts like he is rushing you.

Prompt. Very little wait. Diagnostics exam was thorough. Solution was available before leaving. Good experience.
