I have taken my vehicle here on 2 separate occasions. They are excellent fixing any vehicle. Also, they have superb customer service which is rare these days. I was informed, step by step, what was going on with my vehicle from start to finish. I had my rear bumper replaced. The paint was a perfect match. The 2nd time, I had a minor 3 inch scratch buffed. They are a really good, thorough body shop. I've had the misfortune of being involved in two collisions in the past 2 years. The body work was excellent, as were the mechanics. They work really hard to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend Tom & Jerry's. They work with all the big insurance companies, which makes communication a lot easier if you're dealing with a claim.
Don and Ian at Jerry's are phenomenal. The car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I will definitely recommend to everyone that they visit Tom and Jerry's Auto Body if they need to get their vehicle repaired in a high-quality and professional manner.
