ZERO STARS IF I COULD WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I chose Tom & Jake’s Barbershop because the prices were higher than other places nearby, and I assumed that meant better quality and more attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. The first barber who worked on me did not listen to what I asked for. I specifically said to only take a little off, but my beard was cut much shorter than I requested and left uneven. It looked like a random guard length was used with no blending. Great local barbershop without all the commercial fluff. You can book online.
That was the worst beard cut I’ve had…. Shape up and fade on beard was uneven/patchy, mustache was so uneven…just bad. Went home right after to fix it myself. I usually cut my own beard so I’m not crazy about it being perfect but if I pay someone, i expect it to be at least presentable. I get that it’s only $15 for beard cut but damnn, that was so HalfAzz! That was just for a beard cut, I can’t imagine the results for a full hair cut.. I should have just gone somewhere else and pay $30 for beard cut instead…. Really Annoyed ... read more
