While I didn't use Tom as a Realtor , I did see how he treated a mutual customer whom I did some work for and necessitated in interacting with Tom. I have known Tom in excess of 10 years , but ha never seen him "in action" before and I was thoroughly impressed by the way he was diligently looking after his clients .
