I only gave this 1 star because it would not allow me to give it the rating it deserves. I came home from a 5 month trip only to find they may or may not have installed a condensing unit on my neighbors condo unit but they decided it was a good idea to place their business sticker over my company of 15 year's great service. I call that an attempt to steal business! How good can they be to stoop to this.

Called Tom to service AC he installed 7 years ago - it couldn't keep the temp in the house. He rushed in, rushed out - said all levels normal - nothing wrong; asked me to use a lesser quality filter to let more air through and charged $150. Did what he said and there was no change in AC function. Called another AC business. They cleaned and checked AC and found problems with condenser. Very disappointed in Hoskins. Will use a different AC service from now on.

very disappointed with this a/c service had their service 3 yrs ago install a brand new condenser and evaporator/air handler in my unit called them out to take a look at the system this morningexplaining to them that the air handler that their install 3 yrs ago was not properly mounted to the wall in the first place and just fell out. they explain to me that they cannnot do anything about installation of the air handler so they are refusing the job although they insatll the whole unit 3 yrs ago. had 2 other company took a lo... read more

Tom has been taking care of our air/heating for 17 years. He is always professional, reasonably priced and prompt. We have no reason to use anyone else.

We have been using Tom for probably 10 years. Always responsive and helpful - no BS just takes care of things. He has helped on repairs as well as a new A/C unit when it was needed (after 16 years beachside!). Highly recommend.
