Beware! Tom screwed me good! Unsatisfactory to say the least! Have used this guy for twenty years and for twenty years has been screwing us blind. These guys drive around and half pump tanks....Tom came three weeks ago and said everything was fine, wrong :( Plumbers found the tank full of sludge, called Assured Pump 203-858-5013 and he pumped 750 gal of heavy sludge from my tank. He is professional, courteous, and always returns phone calls in a timely manner. He is helpful whenever we have questions about our septic tanks. We would highly recommend him.
