I understand that shops get busy, as a matter of fact I have been working with service shops for 14 years, but to not call someone back for over a week, and I had to call 3 times to even get a call back. My truck was in there five months ago because it was stuck in four-wheel-drive, they did a reprogram on the transfer case. Fast-forward to about last week, it got stuck in four-wheel-drive again. Fantastic place to buy a vehicle. From my salesman Max to Sales Mgr Brian and others I don't know the names of, they made buying a very pleasant experience. Max was very thorough with his knowledge of vehicles and knew what I wanted before I did. Process to purchase went as smooth and quickly as it could have. And they absolutely stand behind their vehicles.
