I rarely leave reviews yet in this case, if I can help another person to ease their "real estate journey”, this is the guy. I can’t give him enough praise, yet to sum it up, Tom Harvey gave our family such excellent care, assurance, & sound advice every step of the way in the selling of our property & receiving our full asking price. He also eased our experience with obtaining a loan that met our needs to remodel another property. We closed both transactions with a feeling of gratitude and good fortune.
Tom went above and beyond helping me get the house ready. He knew a couple of businesses that were very helpful. I was pinched for money due to expenses and work that needed to be done so he worked out a couple of ways that helped get me by until the house was sold. He actually got down into the crawlspace to inspect a possible drainage problem with the contractor. Frankly, he was incredible. I can't recommend him enough. Absolutely great.
My parents are in their 70s and no longer need stairs in their home. Tom went above and beyond to find a spacious, one-level house with a granny unit attached—so in case of an emergency, I’m just a door away.
