Pauline was excellent! Very helpful and thorough.
Went to purchase a new phone yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received from Pauline at Tom Harris Telus & Koodo store. She went through various options with me explaining the pros of each so I could make a decision that was best for me. I believe she got me the best deal she could. She also assured me that when the new phone arrives I can bring it in and they will make sure everything is transferred over properly on the new phone. I appreciated her thoroughness to get me what I wanted.
