They were friendly, explained, everything told us that would take about 30 minutes to fix the phone, and when I came back the phone was fixed, she explained everything very pleased with the service.
I lost my phone yesterday. Today I went into Tom Harris, and the friendly staff helped me get my spare phone connected, find my old phone (at Costco), change my plan for more data at lower cost, troubleshoot water damage to the lost and found device, and set me up with a new reconditioned phone, a big improvement on the old one. Huge thanks!
