Understand he was coming in midway through me attempting to fix it, but I asked him several times did he check the pump that I installed? Could I have gotten a bad pump. Ended up being a wire had come lose on the pump, he didn’t even take the machine apart. Paid him a service fee for him to tell me it was a bad board. Horrible.
I have to give an excellent to this company. After B&N had been to my house 5 times for a warranty repair service, and only managed to flood my laundry room, tom hagan came out and had the washing machine repaired and put back together. On one of b&m's service calls, they were here 6 hours-this was the visit that they flooded my laundry room. Tom hagan was polite, friendly and skilled. 5👍👍👍👍👍
They were on time, anticipated what parts they would need, diagnosed and fixed our dryer quickly! Will recommend to anyone needing appliance service. Thank you!
They came out diagnosed and repaired my oven. Good communication and friendly receptionist.
They came out to clean between my glass on oven door brought nothing to clean it with so we had to furnish cleaner and towels, my husband had to help him put it back together. The metal frame on inside still had stain and the lady Stacy said they repaired appliances and didn't clean them, then why did they come out I told them what I needed done. 120.00 and we furnished cleaner, towels and labor and my door looks bad on inside. Never would I hire them again.
Unfriendly service. Over a year of trying to fix the same issue. They would have to order a part and would never call back to put in it. They destroyed my brand new cabinet taking the stove in and out. When we asked them to be careful the technician responded that he was not responsible for our property and only cared about the appliance. I only worked with them because we were under manufacture repair and this is who they kept sending out. I will never give a dime to this company.
