Tom Greene was the selling realtor when we purchased our house in Savannah Lakes Village and he was beyond helpful in helping us with the closing and the move in. He never let a phone message or email go unanswered. We have sold that home, recently, and Kristin was our broker, and again Tom was available to cover anything that needed to be done. Kristin was a great agent and our closing went smooth as silk.
Tom helped us find a home six years ago when we first moved to SLV. We knew who to go to when we were ready to sell and buy again. Tom, Karen and Kristen are all very knowledgeable, kind and caring. We knew they had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Communication was great. No phone call or text went unanswered. We have bought and sold many properties over the years. Tom any his associates are the best realtors with whom we have worked. They truly go above and beyond to take care of every detail.
Kristin and Tom are very professional. Kristin was able to sell my home within 3 weeks at my price. Initially Tom sold me my home. They are great to work with.
We just sold our home with Greeneadvantage. Tom, Karen and Kristin have been the greatest. Their knowledge of the Lake Thurmond real estate area along with their personal touch made this a very comfortable experience. A bittersweet ending to a great relationship.
