We have been insured by State Farm for over 20 years, and most of those years were with Tom Gorski's Agency. In more recent years, we have had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Camilo Moreira. No matter what questions and/or needs we have had, we could always take comfort knowing that we could count on Camilo providing prompt answers and results, in a professional manner.
We recently had a great experience with Christina E from Tom Gorski's group at State Farm. She took time to go over our home and vehicle coverage over the phone, and reshape it around our needs. We even got a slightly better price by the end of it. Would recommend this group to any other individual.
Camilo was a huge help with my auto insurance. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process really smooth and stress-free compared to other carriers. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him and Tom's office for anyone looking for insurance support.
Update: After canceling my policy, I was falsely charged $300. I emailed twice over two weeks - no reply. I called - no answer. Finally, after texting, Camilo forwarded me a generic email with no explanation of the false charge. Only after I sent a screenshot of my unanswered email did I get confirmation that a refund check would be mailed.
