I came in cause my engine light was coming on and off and it's like they was calling me a liar and now I am out 263 dollars that I needed. I even had proof that it was coming on and he didn't even want to see that he was like with us engine light off we won't be able to find anything. He could have said that bring it back when it comes back on

I had an appointment. I was led to a desk where I had to sit 20 minutes at an empty desk for someone to even acknowledge my presence, then I waited another 15 minutes for a service representative to assist me. This was my first time to this dealership for service and no one explained to me the grill or drinks or anything else in the waiting room.
