I received great service at Tom Gill. This was helped largely by the work I had on my vehicle being handled by Matt Valiante.
Tom Gill was fast & efficient. The man helping me today, i believe his name was Mark, was more informative than anyone so far & helped me complete some needed service to keep my warranty up to date which I really appreciated!
Had my Silverado 1500 towed in on a Wednesday night with transmission out and they had it repaired by Friday night
Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday. Told them I had to have it back so I can work on Friday. Got a call Thursday morning saying I need a part replaced before they could continue. Said ok. Got a call 6 hours later saying they were still waiting on the part to be delivered knowing it needed to be ready in a couple hours. Told them to forget it. Took it to Midas was up and running in less than an hour. Do not recommend using Dealers to fix your car.
I had a very disappointing experience with this Chevy dealership and would not recommend them based on the service I received. I brought my truck in to have a blown transmission cooler line repaired, and the cost was extremely high for what should have been a straightforward job. I was severely overcharged. They kept my truck for two days, and when I got it back, I was shocked by the condition it was in.
