It takes a lot for me to leave reviews, good or bad. Unfortunately in this case, it's the latter. I've never in my life been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by any business, and I will no longer be doing any future business with Tom Gill Chevrolet. I drove an hour round trip and waited in the lobby for 3 hours to have a seatbelt buckle fixed. Wow! I should have done some rate research before going into Tom Gill Chevrolet for service. I went in with a warranty job for my 1st time in 10 years. My warranty has a deductible of $100 but because Tom Gills Labor rate is well above the industry standard, I had to fork out an additional $170 because the warranty only covers up to the industry standard. Tom Gill charges $210hr + tax making it about $255hr. While other Chevrolet dealerships within a 20 mile radius charge $170 + tax. I also asked them to call me with the pri... read more
