Quick and thorough.
I moved from Florida to Florence Ky.I just got a service at Tom Gill Chevrolet off of 7830 Commerce Dr in Florence Ky.I got and oil change and air filter change and a Induction System Service.CAMERON KNECHT was so honest with me he said my air filter was clean so I wouldn't need one I never had a service shop be that honest with me much respect. For now own Tom Gill Chevrolet will be servicing all six of my vehicles
Beware! Their service department is shady now. I thought since being a loyal customer, I'd be treated a little better. Communication is bad. Be ready for a runaround if you have any type of warranty claim. I had to reach out to a manager to even hear back from my service advisor Matt. No honest work. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Update: Took my car to an independent mechanic got the problem (broken ac) fixed in one day with no extra stress or runaround and wayyy less money than Tom gill told me. ... read more
