I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT TOM GIBBS COLLISION MY CAR WAS SO DUSTY IN SIDE THE CAR, MY NEW SEAT COVERS HAD A HOLE ON IT .IT LOOK LIKE THEY WORKED ON THE CAR WITH THA WINDOW'S OPEN, PLUS THEY TOOK TO LONG TO REPAIR SMALL JOB...I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN...😡😡

From the time that I entered and met Ash, I was impressed with the customer service, seamless interactions wirh the insurance company. They were very vigilant in their updates and responsive.
The office is very professional and the Collision Techs did an excellent job fixing and painting the damaged sheet metal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Great work and totally seamless with the insurance co. and the car rental co. I can't recommend them enough!! Ashley was also very helpful.
