We had an emergency involving our relatively new vehicle. Tom Gibbs Service came to our rescue. Jeannette was incredibly helpful, giving me great advice on a towing company, as well as scheduling me for the first available time slot. Mike was a gift from God. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle in the tow truck, he snuck us in ahead of schedule (and on a weekend), ensuring our vehicle could be repaired as quickly as possible. Truly southern hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend Tom Gibbs Service.
Raymond Marshall is best salesman ever from the minute we walked in the door till the minute we drove off the lot with my new vehicle. He treated us like family. Two years in a row I have had trouble with my 2021 Colorado after driving from New Hampshire to St Augustine Florida. Both times I brought my truck to Tom Gibbs Chevy and have had great service. Mike Nailor was my service advisor both times and both times Mike worked very hard to solve unusual difficulties and got me back to my vacation very quickly.
