He was an absolutely amazing DJ. He was very easy to work with. Very nice and professional. He arrived to the venue extra early, attended our rehearsal at the hotel the night before. He accommodated all of our music special requests that we had. The guests loved him and thought he did an amazing job. My cousin hired him as their DJ for next year. Very reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I wind up hiring another DJ from a wedding that I had attended, however; Tom appeared to have great customer service! He sounded very happy and friendly. I don't know how much truth there is to the bad reviews as there is always two sides to all stories. Even if mistakes were made in the past, it doesn't mean he doesn't deserve another chance! I gave him four star because I haven't seen Tom's work.

I explained over and over again how important the music was during my wedding. The DJ was dressed like a homeless bum who rolled off a cardboard box. All of my guests were talking about it. He got rude when I told him to turn off the elevator music, then proceeds to play Whitney Houston’s “I wanna dance with somebody” while people are eating. He was the worst DJ I have ever even heard of!!!! He was disrespectful and rude and I will NEVER EVER EVER even think for a second to book him again, not even if they paid me!
