Failure to follow instructions, poor communication in certain areas did not do what they said they were going to do until it was brought to their attention that more insulation was needed and when the negative Temps came in December I had condensation covering every bit of my ceiling, their concrete contractor poured a corner of my shop and it was wrong and they decided to jackhammer it out after I told them not to. Highly recommend Garrison poured a floor for our pull barn recently. Very patient with our Grandkids young lab jumping right in the middle of the fresh pad. They kept working and weren't upset. Very Professional.
