I called Tom today (Jan 1st) and he immediately got in touch with his on-call technician. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know he could send him out, but also explained it would be pretty expensive for what was likely a simple issue. Instead, he walked me through the steps over the phone, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your honesty. I would absolutely recommend him and his company!

Call Gagliardi Electric FIRST! The entire experience was great. My call was answered by a person that honestly wanted to help. She said she would check were the guys were on their current jobs and get back to me. In less than 10 minutes she called back and said Alejandro would be available in 20 minutes. This was a Friday.
