Had lights installed in our master bath and our doorbell transformer replaced. Could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the work. Even after a heavy storm Tom made time and advised us every step of the way. While other companies seemed to just want to gather information he earned our business by answering all questions with no spin (like others had)…means a lot when a company isn’t afraid to answer all questions and kept us up to speed on exactly what to expect. I called Tom today (Jan 1st) and he immediately got in touch with his on-call technician. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know he could send him out, but also explained it would be pretty expensive for what was likely a simple issue. Instead, he walked me through the steps over the phone, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your honesty. I would absolutely recommend him and his company!
Technicians came out next morning installing a whole new service. Very professional great price nothing negative to say here.
Call Gagliardi Electric FIRST! The entire experience was great. My call was answered by a person that honestly wanted to help. She said she would check were the guys were on their current jobs and get back to me. In less than 10 minutes she called back and said Alejandro would be available in 20 minutes. This was a Friday.
