Tom and Gary were great! The weather made the work difficult to schedule but Tom always kept me posted. I had then out to clear a partial blockage and replace an HW anode, when they spotted a leak I didn't even know I had they showed me and fixed it on the spot as well. Reorganising their afternoon around me. No return visit. As a long term customer, I keep coming back as their price is very fair (much better than other plumbers I had tried in the past).
Tom was very timely with his visit and terrific with the communication. I had tree roots blocking the main sewer and he gave me all the options and outlined the approx costs before going ahead. He didnt just try and sell me the expandable new pipe valve BS which you need a second mortgage for...nice to have such a good bloke local to Turramurra!
Excellent! Tom advised by phone regarding a very practical solution to a "drainy smell" problem inside. As a result, he did not need to attend the premises, but the issue was resolved without cost to the customer. His honesty and commonsense approach is the reason we continue to value his services.
