Absolutely DO NOT rent from TOM FOUTS!!! They are slumlords!!! They do not maintain the properties they rent. Their handy man is way to old to be able to fix any problem that requires strength. They did not replace a broken window in my living room after a hail storm until about 2 months after the storm. They taped it up instead and expected us to live this way.
