I just bought 33 Brazilian Cherry stairs and 1 landing from Tom Fiello, the floating stairs are top notch and goes perfectly with my floor, my only concern was because there was a little bit of delay in the shipping. Special thanks to Tom for the patience.

One of the best choices I made with our new ultra-luxury build was to go with Tom Fiello for the staircase! Their team was highly responsive and extremely patient with any tweaks and changes we threw at them, and the end product even surpassed our very high expectations. Not sure how they feel about me, with my pain-in-the-assery (lol), but there was never even one moment that I was met with anything but pleasant, can-do understanding and top notch efficiency.
As someone with experience in construction, I can confidently say that TF Stairs delivered top-tier work on our staircase project.
