I just started to use the gym. For $15 a month it is pretty much what I need. Since I have back issues I can't use the exercise bikes they have since they all have traditional bike seats. I need a recumbent bike. None-the-less, gym is great and I've just started to walk on the treadmill more, but slowly given my physical issues. People are friendly. Environment is clean. Can't beat the price for the location close to home.
Great place for the community, you can choose from differents activities, sports, gym, karate, yoga, arts and many others. Children and adults. A family place. A perfect spot for the whole family.!
