Jim and Jeff from Tom Falk Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job of installing a new HVAC system and a tankless water heating system in my home. They were professional and courteous and left my home as clean as when they started the installation. I can highly recommend this company to service your HVAC and plumbing needs.
Had an intermittent issue with our furnace. Left a message late Sunday. Prompt and clear communications from Trevor on Monday morning. By midday, Jim had serviced us, found and fixed the problem. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you!
Trevor, Jim and Jeff make a great team. Their work is excellent, and they are very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating issue you might have.
Had to call for leaking kitchen sink , Jeff was very thorough and explained all the processes he would do . I am pleased with the results and will call them again if I need any work done .
