Can’t get a response back spent 10,000 for my teeth not to look correct sent me home with no retainer and won’t answer me. Response they scheduled me so many visits going out there with sometimes nothing being done. Having to redo retainers over and over. I have sent a message to reschedule and nobody answered me. I would take a day off work to go out there for them to need me to come back in two days.
Loved Dr. Hall and his staff! My daughter’s teeth look phenomenal.
Honestly it was the best experience I have had with a ortho. I had Invisalign prior and it was a terrible experience. Dr Hall took the time to explain to me everything that I needed for treatment. Most importantly I felt comfortable with him and Mrs.Kristy. The staff worked with me on the phone and got me in the same day. I called a few other orthos and they did not even compare. I will make another review after I finish my treatment. I am excited to see what the future brings with my teeth!
The staff and office was great, initially. Then I had a wire that was stabbing my tongue and causing my mouth to bleed. I called at 3:12. They state they are open til 4pm I arrived at 3:35. The doors were locked. The trash was sitting outside the door and no one answered the phone. I called several times. I also texted their office.
