I’ve been with Tom Ertell since 2008. Nothing but a pleasure to work with.
Was quoted one price to add a car to my existing policy (130) for 6 months and when I received the bill I was charged (250) went to the office to try to get it sorted out. Cheryl admitted she made the mistake and refused to honor the price that was quoted. I had to remove the vehicle due to the massive price difference. I will only remove this review if this is taken care of and have the price charged as I was quoted.
