Oh my Gosh Such a bad experience this agent and his staff are so incredibly rude. Every interaction was unpleasant. I called regarding an estate account for my father who had been a State Farm customer for over 40 years and who had 5policies with them and Mr. Erickson yelled at us about not transferring titles after only 2months (everything was in probate and still going through courts system at the time) the PR did not even have authority to transfer anything.
