My wife and I asked to combined our insurances on our cars a few months back. When we went in to have it combined, we explained that whatever she had on her car I wanted it on mine. I find out today a few months after we combined this was not done. That she just moved my car over with my coverages, unlike what we asked. I guess I should’ve verified that they did what I asked him. Be cautious, and verify that the front desk lady does what you ask
