Ordered a headstone for my grandmother last April, checked on it time after time all year and was told everything was on back order that it was ordered just taking a while. Called last week again to check on it was told the owner had passed away that I am probably just out my money. Ordered a tombstone back in August and was told it would take a few months. Called to check on it in November and Tim said he would check on it but would have by Christmas. Called back after Christmas and was told Mr Solomon had passed and that he couldn't find that it was ever ordered. Told me to contact Doug Berryhill, a lawyer in Jefferson City, as he was handling the estate. Went to lawyer and found out Tim had lied and Mr Berryhill was not handling the estate. Took my money for a headstone for a young mother back in May. Her 3 year old daughter still has nothing there to visit and he isn’t answering our calls.
Checked on a tombstone for my mom, Didnt order anything, didnt sign. Well next thing I know, I got a phone call about 6 weeks later from the owner telling me how sorry I was placing an order and not paying for it and that it was sitting in the store. Who knew you could place an order without any $ down on it??? Very rude and unprofessional man. I lost my mom just few months before and he had no respect at all.
