Be aware of the extra charge. We got 2 Bona floor products and was charged $10 handling fee. The products were there at the shop and we carried the products out directly from the shop ourselves…there was no handling involved. We did not catch this at the spot. It was our first time visiting and we trusted the store like any other business. This shop is not honest.
Darla was the only person who answered the phone when I called 3 GalleherDuffy stores asking for a product. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Guadalupe, the warehouse person, was one of the nicest guys to help me. Service and products, the best!
