My agent dropped communication with me and because of that I am taking a major hit due to lapse of coverage. I never received a cancellation letter or anything. Only reason I even found out I didn’t have coverage was because I went to ask about numbers in my policy and the secretary told me I hadn’t had coverage in 5 months. Stay away from this office!!! Also received a reply on here which to me looks like it was removed by them.
