We spoke to Dawn over the phone she was able to get us a price with State Farm that was half of our old rate from a different company we are super grateful she helped us out immensely she was a lifesaver and answered all of our questions.
They took advantage of my daughter being in the hospital and I from out of town. They wanted a minimum payment and told me that her policy wouldn’t lapse. They took my money, avoided my daughter’s phone calls and let it lapse anyway. Refused to refund my money. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, the bank sided with me and I was refunded the money through my bank. Do NOT do business with these people!
It is so nice to call an office and speak to a human right away. Julie answered my call, helped me determine what I needed and was kind and patient while I asked question after question.
