My agent dropped communication with me and because of that I am taking a major hit due to lapse of coverage. I never received a cancellation letter or anything. Only reason I even found out I didn’t have coverage was because I went to ask about numbers in my policy and the secretary told me I hadn’t had coverage in 5 months. Stay away from this office!!!

Price gouge yound drivers. Rates more than car payments. Consistent with billing mistakes then asks for more money at there admitted fault. Called 6 different insurance company's all quoted lower. Went with progressive saved more than half our state farm quote. Been long time members finally glad to be gone!
My experience was excellent for I had a tire rod issue and my back tire started to wobble and I pulled over and seen I needed a tow called top office and Madison assisted me with excellence and helped me great and I had no problem with tow great people
