What ever you do DONT GO TO DOLAN ANYWHERE FOR ANYTHING. Its called a "STEALERSHIP" for a reason Had my car for a week. They over charged for services and also charged for services not performed, scratched my car and now my manual transmission mission has been having issues with shifting which wasn't a problem before I came in. Not to mention the dash light for the airbag now comes on randomly which never happened before; as well as the tire pressure light after driving a while but, when checked is not low on any wheel..... ... read more

I have no idea why they make appointments. It means nothing and they have no respect for other people’s time.

Ineffective service department, unable to properly handle a warranty claim. I am severely disappointed in Mazda, but more importantly, I now have zero trust in the Dolan brand. I was under the assumption that Dolan cared about their customers. This lack of ability to properly fulfill on a simple warranty claim has resulted in my lack of faith in Dolan to handle a vehicle for me in the future, either in sales or service. I suggest all consumers avoid this disreputable dealer.

Steve was absolutely condescending when I brought my car in for a check engine light. I had called earlier and was told to bring my vehicle in, Steve however told me I couldn’t and that I needed to leave. When I asked where I should go to get the flashing check engine light addressed, he was no help. He told me to make an appointment (The soonest being in November.)He kept calling me sweetie and would not stop when I asked. My past services have been done by Aaron, and Aaron was wonderful.
