Tom is always very efficient and upfront about what he can do for us. We recently contacted him to replace the cartridge in a bathroom faucet handle that we simply could not remove. It took brute force and some plumber's know how to do it without breaking anything. We also had a kitchen faucet that is supposed to swivel but had seized up and so was getting very stiff to turn. His advice before he came, was to find and buy replacement faucets for both rooms just in case he couldn't fix the existing ones. Turns out, he did hav... read more
