Bought a Buick encore in July and had to have coil pack replaced in August. I appreciated them getting me right in but was expecting a discount since it happened within 60 days of purchasing my vehicle. I was not going to badger the service guys as I knew they couldn't give me a discount but I did ask them several times if it was something to be covered. I needed my vehicle so I paid and then later wrote a letter to the general manager. I at least expected some response. Have heard nothing.
Came to this place to have truck repaired instead paid 340 dollars for a diagnosis that was wrong so spent more money on parts that didnt fix the problem .was expecting much better from people that was supposed to be trained gm techs ..won't ever let this happen again I don't like to put out money for nothin .don't know if all the mechanics there are terrible or just the one that worked on my truck
