Dr. Stanley and his assistant Randi are top notch in my book. Since my injury I have had a cervical fusion. Now I'm still recovering but the entire process was very smooth. I was extremely nervous at the Hospital up until Dr. Stanley showed up and calmed my nerves. Dr. Stanley did his best to get me healed up without surgery. Dr. Stanley is a great surgeon with great smile and friendly nature. I would recommend him anytime.
I have recently starting seeing Dr. Stanley since my last ortho moved out of IL. Dr. Stanley takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them in an easy way to understand your diagnosis and how to proceed. I like the fact he doesn't rush you into making a surgery decision and tries to reduce pain with alternatives such as epidurals, cortisone or physical therapy with surgery being a last option.
