I got hit for claim, and nothing was paid out. I ask if they could help. I had a contractor put on a brand new roof and it is faulty. It rains in my house and if you live in the state of Arizona, they make you go through a process through their register a contractors. I allowed this contractor to patch this house up 3 x,×1 before I filed a complaint with the register of contracts and I filed a complaint with the state of Arizona and that is the second time I let them patch it up a third time I let this contractor patch this ... read more
I have had the worst experience. My payment was applied to another account, and my insurance was canceled without my knowledge. I have been driving without insurance for two months!! My job requires me to drive to many different counties, so I am beyond disappointed in the billing department and Statefarm for not attempting to compensate me for the inconvenience.
