Central heating and air conditioning don't work all summer and now it's winter. It wasn't the first time. Despair. Low-rise apartments with no light at all. Elevators are always broken and some days there's no water. A real disaster, apparently due to very poor quality materials and lack of maintenance. Run away.
❌ DO NOT RENT OR BUY ❌ Terrible building and completely incompetent management! No AC the entire summer, and now no heating! There are always problems: water cuts, no hot water, broken elevators… it never ends. I absolutely would not recommend living here!
No A/C for basically the whole summer, the gym is so hot that its unbearable to even use, the terrasse is closed which is insane cause there's hardly any amenities to upkeep so why is it that now the fence around the terrasse is "unsafe"? I understand a lot of buildings have their own pros and cons, but this ones cons outway the pros by a long shot.
This building is in very poor condition, and the landlords are negligent at best; they have a reputation for ignoring complaints and even harassing tenants. Many tenants have reported serious problems such as extreme heat in summer with no air conditioning (posing risks of heat stroke) and infestations. If you live here, you don’t have to stay silent.
