I completely agree with all the 1 star reviews (if google had option of rating it in negative i would have given that) i have been staying since october 24 but please dont keep this building in your option the building admin is not responsive and inefficient of completing the work on time this building has issue heating in peak winters and prolonged air conditioner issue in peak summer its month of august and today it is 33 degree temperature but we have dont access to air conditioner and admin says it will take 3 weeks sinc... read more
If you value your health, peace, and basic living conditions – avoid this building at all costs. The noise here is absolutely unbearable. Every single day, loud disturbances start around 5 PM and continue non-stop until midnight. It’s not just annoying – it’s mentally exhausting. The worst building I’ve ever experienced. Rent is extremely high for the poor service provided. In winter, there is often no hot water, and during summer 2025, the AC didn’t work at all. The condo management is extremely weak and neglectful – the building is never properly maintained. Elevators are out of service most of the time, and no one takes responsibility for anything. The syndicate is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Do not buy or rent here
Terrible building. I’ve just left my apartment there after a horrible year and everything you read in negative comments is true. Super noisy (hearing the permanent sound of dysfunctional elevators from my bedroom drove us nuts…), useless administration... Good luck to the remaining tenants who have to suffer from broken aircon this summer…
I can’t believe what’s going on in the building right now. The A/C has been down for weeks and no employee is taking this in action to get it fixed. It’s 28 degree C in the room rn, can’t sleep at night at all. What’s gonna happen next week after the temperature goes up to 30’s?
