The building looks fancy and high-end from the outside, but it has so many hidden problem. During summer 2025, there was no A/C. During winter, there was no central heating for a week, so it made living there super uncomfortable. Furthermore, everything is broken, like the gym equipment. The only positive is its proximity to new metro stations. I would recommend all tenants reconsider renting. There are many better managed condos.
‼️‼️‼️DO NOT RENT OR BUY‼️‼️‼️ SCAM‼️ This is the worst building downtown! The central heating and air conditioning system is always broken. Constant water outages, lack of hot water. Extremely frustrating place to live!! The AC break down every few days, hot water regularly disappears, and the elevator is constantly having issues. This is not to mention that the previous summer we were out of AC for 3 months from June to end of august!! On top of that, the renovation noise goes on even during weekends, making it impossible to have any peace. Management keeps changing, and problems are rarely handled properly.
