I can’t believe what’s going on in the building right now. The A/C has been down for weeks and no employee is taking this in action to get it fixed. It’s 28 degree C in the room rn, can’t sleep at night at all. What’s gonna happen next week after the temperature goes up to 30’s?

Worst place ever!! Like everyone else mentioned, poorly built, noisy, you hear all your neighbors even when they’re using a vacuum. The admin is useless and keeps blaming the syndicate for everything broken. It’s freaking hot and humid in the units and the A/C has been broken for 2 weeks now, can hardly sleep at night!!! They don’t care about the tenants. Do yourself a favor, invest in another building or rent somewhere else. You’ve been warned

Worst place I’ve ever lived. The building is falling apart. Stay away from this place. Constant water and A/C shutdowns, a gym with broken equipment, and extremely cheap construction. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from outside. In two words: Stay away.

Si je pouvais mettre moins d’une étoile je l’aurai fait … ne faite jamais l’erreur de vivre dans cet endroit catastrophique. Vous payez une somme phénoménale pour ne pas avoir accès à l’eau chaude en hiver, pour ne pas avoir de climatisation l’été car “nous avons des problèmes d’eau chaude avec la tour d’eau”(ça fait plus de 2 semaines que la climatisation ne marche pas et qu’ils disent “avoir régler cela” à chaque fois pour qu’après ça ne fonctionne pas de nouveau), pour ne pas avoir accès aux 3 ascenseurs qui ne fonctionne... read more
