We attempted to engage in some couple's counseling with Thomas Clearly in this office. We showed up 20 minutes early for our appointment like requested, 15 minutes past our appointment time the receptionist told us she couldn't get a hold of the therapist. A few minutes later I heard her in the hallway on the phone with him saying we were going to leave and reminding him she'd told him about our appointment earlier in the day.
